Cactus, 2004. We had learned several new techniques in the AP art studio at Junction, Tx
and I wanted to incorporate as many as I could. These included printmaking
techniques, embassing and silverpoint. This 24" x 36" piece is primarily watercolor, but I
also wanted to capture the peace and tranquility of the Llano River and its surrounding landscape.
I call this creation, A Longneck Afternoon.
